Adv: @75%-85%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

18 minutes AMRAP rest every 2 min for 35 seconds

10 OH Walking Lunges w. Plate (20/10)

6 HSPU

10 KB High Pulls (24/16)
Keep building up the intensity you approach the workout

Rounds 3 & 4 should be faster than rounds 1 & 2.. And so on
