30 Weighted KBS (use a Weighted backpack/really heavy 5 ltr bottle)

20 Weighted Squat Side Thruster (at the bottom of the squat touching the weight to the ground from one side to the other everytime you squat)

20 Pike Press /Handstand Push-ups

CRL AB Blaster #3 (No Measure)
