Weighted Cleans

1 – 2 – 3 – 5 – 6 – 8 – 10

Sit Ups

Rounds 4 – 7- 2

10 Burpees
-Start with 10 Cleans and 1 Sit Up

– then 9 cleans and 2 sit ups and so forth

– rounds 7, 4 & 2 each have 10 Burpees in it
